About the role

  • Specialist in Pre-Sales for cybersecurity solutions at Vivo. Collaborating between client, sales teams, and technology teams to develop tailored security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the commercial process in the cybersecurity area, acting as the technical interface between the client, the sales team, and technology teams.
  • Analyze technical needs of corporate clients and prepare security solution proposals.
  • Analyze tender documents and RFPs, understand the technical needs of government-sector clients, and gather requirements.
  • Prepare Bills of Materials (BoM) for vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, Check Point, and Palo Alto.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs), highlighting solution benefits.
  • Participate in designing secure architectures involving firewalls, EDRs, SIEM, SOAR, networks, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Provide technical advocacy with client teams, facilitating understanding of requirements and the differentiators of proposed solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging threats, regulations, and compliance requirements to stay up to date.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, technical teams, and vendors to validate and refine proposals.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or related information security areas.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, protocols, operating systems, virtualization, endpoint protection, firewalls, encryption, SIEM, and SOAR.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Clear communication skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Certifications: CISSP, CCIE Security.
  • Technical certifications (Security+, CHE, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, CISSP) and experience with industry vendors are a plus.
