About the role

  • Qualifying leads for UOL EdTech, focusing on education and technology. Engaging potential clients and improving sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads, identifying the best fits for our business and aligned with the customer profiles we target.
  • Understand potential clients' needs and demands.
  • Make the first contact with new leads following established cadences (emails and calls) and map opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Qualify opportunities by identifying fit and seeking to increase lead volume.
  • Generate interest using sales techniques to demonstrate how our product can address the lead's opportunities.
  • Understand and address the main objections of potential clients.
  • Update CRM records with relevant information about identified opportunities.
  • Participate in reporting routines for data generated during qualifications to improve the quality of the process and qualifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience with inbound lead generation.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience in pre-sales.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
