About the role

• Public Relations Analyst at C&A in Brazil, enhancing brand image and managing media relationships. Engaging in various cultural moments and supporting PR strategies.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a curious, organized person who is connected to culture, fashion and communications, who wants to grow in Public Relations and actively contribute to strengthening the brand’s market positioning, presence in the press and participation in key cultural moments.
• Support the execution of the Public Relations strategy, ensuring consistent brand positioning;
• Manage relationships with the press, opinion leaders and partners, with guidance and oversight from leadership;
• Support management of the PR agency, monitoring schedules, deliverables, deadlines and performance indicators;
• Execute proactive and reactive communications activities, including launches, campaigns, events and activations;
• Monitor institutional communications requests and support crisis management;
• Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Marketing, Branding, Social, Influencer and Content;
• Map pitching opportunities and storytelling angles based on fashion, cultural and consumer trends;
• Monitor results, prepare reports and support analyses of brand impact and reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields;
• Previous experience in Public Relations, preferably in fashion, retail, consumer goods or lifestyle;
• Experience in press relations and supporting agency management;
• Knowledge of the media, social and creator ecosystem;
• Preparation of materials for seeding/send-outs;
• Intermediate English;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands;
• Critical thinking and a keen eye for cultural trends;
• Agility and proactivity in day-to-day work;
• Genuine interest in fashion, pop culture and consumer behavior;
• Availability to manage and participate in events and travel.
