About the role

  • Quality Analyst ensuring data compliance and assistance protocols in health projects at BP. Analyzing performance indicators and reporting for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Perform critical analysis of care data, ensuring quality, consistency and adherence to protocols.
  • The Quality Analyst monitors unit performance through indicators, internal audits and analysis of technical reports, providing reliable information to support strategic decisions and improve project management.
  • Monitor care indicators daily or according to the defined frequency.
  • Conduct trend, variation, deviation and alert analyses.
  • Consolidate data and ensure its integrity.
  • Produce dashboards and strategic reports to support management together with the data analyst.
  • Verify that units are following established protocols and submitting data.
  • Analyze checklists and documents submitted by units.
  • Assess whether critical steps were executed correctly.
  • Review clinical records/forms (angina, stroke, sepsis, among others).
  • Identify and correct inconsistencies, requesting adjustments when necessary.
  • Standardize databases and ensure the integrity of records.
  • Present analyses in meetings and strategic forums.
  • Provide the Processes team with consolidated data to support decisions.
  • Issue early alerts about risks identified from the data.

Requirements

  • Degree in a health-related field.
  • Knowledge of clinical protocols (AMI, stroke, sepsis, etc.).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • Data analysis and interpretation / critical analysis of Target vs. Actual.
  • Report production and technical writing.
