Growing our market and product portfolio through promoting innovations, creating solutions for customers and effectively executing field activities.
Developing a professional and personal skill set that will positively impact business strategy and growth.
Managing a Sales Territory to achieve yearly sales goals within assigned budgets.
Building and cultivating strong business relationships with key end users and maintaining a working profile of opportunities with each end user.
Supporting and utilizing a distribution network to increase sales throughout your territory.
Presenting and administering marketing programs to end users and participating in special sales and marketing projects.
Providing biology and product training to key end users and distribution network.
Effectively communicating across the business, reporting top opportunities through a strategic monthly review.
Requirements
Have a Bachelor Degree and agronomic industry experience (ex: Turf & Ornamentals and/or Agricultural Products and/or Lawn Care & Maintenance and/or related disciplines.
Have previous direct sales experience (Turf Superintendent, Lawncare and/or Ornamental experience will be considered in lieu of direct sales experience) and formal sales training courses.
Preference for bilingual candidates who speak fluent Spanish.
Demonstrate strong customer focus and entrepreneurial skills.
Have account/territory management/planning experience.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence.
