Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the building and infrastructure sectors
Prospect, identify, and approach new clients through networking, market research, and cold outreach
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, including pricing and project solutions
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, contract finalization, and after-sales support
Collaborate with operations, technical, and finance departments to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service
Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews for management
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in certification or industrial services is an advantage)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
