About the role

  • Certification Sales Executive responsible for driving B2B sales growth in certification. Building client relationships and delivering tailored solutions in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the building and infrastructure sectors
  • Prospect, identify, and approach new clients through networking, market research, and cold outreach
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, including pricing and project solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, contract finalization, and after-sales support
  • Collaborate with operations, technical, and finance departments to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews for management
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in certification or industrial services is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Languages: English, Russian and Uzbek
