Responsibilities
Manage and advise a defined customer portfolio on commercial, technical and logistical matters.
Perform operational sales tasks, in particular entering demand into the ERP system and maintaining sales-relevant data.
Prepare and deliver customer presentations and support contract and price negotiations.
Assist the Key Account Manager in the acquisition, quotation and implementation phases as well as in ongoing series support.
Support analysis of the sales market and the identification, monitoring and assessment of relevant competitors.
Handle problem and conflict cases in a structured manner and assist with fault analysis and repair measures.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or a comparable degree.
Alternatively, completed commercial or technical vocational training with relevant professional experience in electronics or sales.
Industry experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services is an advantage.
Strong customer and service orientation.
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
Business-fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
Willingness to travel, primarily within Europe.
