About the role

  • Account Executive specializing in MRO sales for Nortel, a leader in electrical supplies distribution in Brazil. Responsible for technical visits and client support while mapping new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical visits to manufacturers, including scheduled and targeted visits
  • Identify new contacts within client organizations to engage and map areas with the highest purchasing potential
  • Promote the contract, the company and related products; distribute product catalogs for the company’s offerings
  • Provide customer support
  • Perform follow-ups
  • Identify items covered by the contract
  • Create events to strengthen our brand and products (booths/tents, presentations, training sessions)
  • Schedule visits for product coordinators or manufacturers when requested
  • Prepare and present product supply proposals
  • Provide weekly reports to management to monitor activities performed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed)
  • Field (outside) sales experience
  • Previous experience in commercial MRO sales (electrical supplies, tools, or PPE)
