Responsibilities
Gerenciar as atividades operacionais de vendas internas, garantindo fluidez ao processo comercial.
Elaborar e acompanhar cotações e propostas para nossos clientes.
Dar suporte ativo ao time de vendas externas, colaborando na condução das negociações.
Atualizar e organizar o CRM, mantendo o pipeline sempre claro, atualizado e estratégico.
Realizar follow-ups comerciais e garantir a melhor experiência ao cliente ao longo de todo o ciclo de vendas.
Controlar pedidos e fazer interface com áreas internas, como Pré-Vendas, Logística e Financeiro.
Atuar como ponto de apoio do cliente, garantindo agilidade, precisão e encantamento em cada etapa.
Requirements
Experiência na elaboração de cotações e propostas comerciais.
Organização, controle de pipeline e habilidade para gerenciar múltiplas demandas.
Noções de processos comerciais, pedidos e faturamento.
Conhecimentos básicos de Excel.
Inglês básico ou intermediário para leitura e comunicação simples.
