  • Sr. Digital Farming Business Development Representative driving growth of BASF xarvio solutions. Collaborating with agriculture partners to promote digital farming tools and solutions in Manitoba.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the growth of BASF xarvio Digital Farming solutions
  • Selling and closing deals with identified retail partners
  • Collaborating closely with BASF sales and marketing team
  • Proactively working with target customers and growing awareness by attending key events
  • Gaining customer feedback and aligning with the team to create actions
  • Promoting BASF Digital Farming products at meetings and events
  • Leading demonstration, training, and webinars of BASF Digital Farming tools

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Agriculture Sciences
  • 8 years of Experience in a Sales Role in the Agriculture Industry using agronomic expertise to develop and strengthen business relationships
  • Experience within Digital Agriculture
  • Experience in agriculture retail considered an asset
  • Effective Communication skills and experience Training or leading webinars
  • Knowledge of farming practices and equipment
  • Robust computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office Suites and digital customer engagement tools
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Collaboration within the organization and team
  • BASF Product Knowledge.
