About the role

  • Business Operations Partner providing operational support to GMs and MDs at Perforce. Managing meetings, events, and ensuring organizational alignment and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to enable GMs and MDs to focus on business priorities.
  • Serve as a central coordination point for Business Unit requests—proactively handling administrative needs, routing requests to the right teams, and ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure alignment across internal and external participants.
  • Support GMs and MDs with meeting scheduling, event coordination, and Town Hall logistics.
  • Assist with office-related needs, including supporting local celebrations, onsite events, and large-scale activities in collaboration with the Employee Engagement team.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate Business Reviews (held every other month) and Town Hall meetings with GMs and MDs, managing scheduling, logistics, agenda and presentation development, and distribution of materials.
  • Proactively partner with GMs and the executive team to anticipate upcoming activities, events, and milestones in alignment with the company’s fiscal-year planning cadence, ensuring all materials and collateral are prepared in advance.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage key internal sales and partner sessions: meetings, events/ summits, travel, and partner with the Employee Engagement team on large-scale company events to ensure smooth coordination and professional execution.
  • Assist with company travel program, including policy adherence, reservation management (airfare, lodging, and ground transportation), unused ticket tracking, and coordination with approved travel partners.
  • Provide a welcoming, high-quality hospitality experience for guests and visiting teams, including managing agendas and logistics.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and communication that reflect Perforce’s commitment to excellence and confidentiality.
  • Draft, edit, and review correspondence and communications with precision and professionalism.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders, managing confidential and high-priority interactions with professionalism and sound judgment.

Requirements

  • Supports operational excellence by helping leadership teams achieve goals through effective planning, coordination, and follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn and master new tools, including AI-driven productivity and collaboration platforms.
  • Flexible and available to work outside standard business hours as needed.
  • Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a minimum in-office presence of three days per week.
  • Proven success as part of a high-performing administrative or operations team that delivers consistent, proactive support across the organization.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting large-scale meetings and events such as town halls, business reviews, and customer-facing sessions.
  • Familiarity with Sales and Go-to-Market organizations, including basic understanding of goal tracking and business metrics (e.g., SMART goals, Critical Plays).
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
