Requirements
- Several years of field sales experience, ideally in acquiring and supporting specialist dealers
- Proven track record in building and managing dealer networks
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent German; English skills are an advantage
- Highly self-motivated with a structured way of working
- Basic technical understanding to present products convincingly
- Resilience and a strong closing orientation
