About the role
- Manager Sûreté Logistique overseeing secure transfers of sensitive IT equipment in highly secure data centers. Ensuring safety and compliance during critical logistical operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and secure the transfer of high-value IT equipment between highly secured data centers
- Ensure the physical integrity of equipment movements and enforce security procedures
- Supervise critical phases: unloading, staging, unpacking, movement, and final rack installation
- Perform pre-mission checks (PPE, equipment, procedures, RAMS)
Requirements
- Experience in constrained or regulated environments (military, law enforcement, security, sensitive logistics, critical industry, etc.)
- Proven ability to follow detailed written procedures without deviation
- Good understanding of physical security issues (access control, restricted areas, escorts)
- Comfortable with supervised material handling (training on equipment can be provided)
- Working knowledge of English is a plus for on-site communications
