Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow DB Investing’s market share in Oman
- Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors
- Leverage existing contacts and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) to enhance our market penetration
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Build and manage a high-performing local sales and business development team
- Ensure business operations align with local regulatory requirements
- Represent DB Investing in industry events, networking opportunities, and market discussions to strengthen brand recognition
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with another forex broker
- Deep understanding of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks
- A strong book of clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs) is a must
- Proven experience in business development and sales with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets
- Ability to lead a team and drive business growth
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
