Forex Country Manager for Kuwait managing business development and partnerships in the forex market. Leading sales initiatives and driving client acquisition while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to grow DB Investing’s market share in Kuwait.
Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
Leverage existing contacts and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) to enhance our market penetration.
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Build and manage a high-performing local sales and business development team.
Ensure business operations align with local regulatory requirements.
Represent DB Investing in industry events, networking opportunities, and market discussions to strengthen brand recognition.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with another forex broker.
Deep understanding of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
A strong book of clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs) is a must.
Proven experience in business development and sales with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
Ability to lead a team and drive business growth.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
