About the role

  • Facility Manager responsible for maintenance and control of technical installations in facilities. Coordinating external service providers and supporting maintenance tasks for outdoor areas in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Assistive tasks for maintenance and repairs of buildings and technical systems
  • Monitoring and inspection of building services, including heating, ventilation and plumbing systems
  • Coordination and supervision of external service providers/tradespeople for specialized repairs or maintenance work
  • Assisting with upkeep of outdoor areas, including gardening and winter services, as well as waste management
  • Performing general caretaker/maintenance duties

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a technical or trade occupation, ideally in plumbing, heating and HVAC (SHK) or building services engineering
  • Initial professional experience in facility management is desirable
  • Committed, reliable, resilient, solution-oriented and able to work independently
