Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to grow DB Investing’s market share in Bahrain
Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors
Leverage existing contacts and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) to enhance market penetration
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets
Build and manage a high-performing local sales and business development team
Ensure business operations align with local regulatory requirements
Represent DB Investing in industry events, networking opportunities, and market discussions
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with another forex broker
Deep understanding of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks
A strong book of clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs) is a must
Proven experience in business development and sales with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets
Ability to lead a team and drive business growth
Fluency in Arabic and English is required
