Responsibilities
Grow revenue and margin within the assigned geographic territory
Conduct the weekly number of customer visits as defined by management
Produce activity reports for customer visits
Strengthen partnerships by providing enhanced technical support to all client departments within the territory
Ensure company pricing policy in collaboration with commercial management
Prepare proposals tailored to customer needs and follow up on them
Promote the company's offerings and new products using all available documentation
Handle all customer disputes
Manage actions related to aged receivables
Conduct pull-out tests related to projects within the territory
Carry out commercial, technical and competitive monitoring
Use all documents and support tools (goods returns, quality, CRM, SAP, Etanco Home, etc.)
Adhere to Sales-Operations alignment directives
Prepare and submit weekly expense reports to your line manager for approval
Prepare and submit weekly activity reports
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Key Account Manager in the Building/Construction sector (building envelope, safety, or façades)
Strong interest in the building/construction industry
