About the role

  • Sales Specialist responsible for nurturing growth opportunities and building client relationships at HP. Delivering sales presentations and collaborating with account managers to achieve revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of the organization's products or services, including technical details, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Builds strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals to offer tailored solutions.
  • Develops and implements sales strategies to meet and exceed targets driving revenue growth.
  • Utilizes specialized knowledge to identify new customer value opportunities and expand existing ones in collaboration with account managers.
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provides accurate sales forecasts to assist in resource allocation and business planning.
  • Delivers persuasive and effective sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing how the organization's offerings can solve specific problems and add value to their business.
  • Shares expertise and best practices with junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their sales goals.
  • Ensures that all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and organization policies.
  • Stays current with and promotes the use of sales technologies, tools, and software that can enhance the sales process.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
