  • Sales Director leading French sales team based in Barcelona, driving sales growth and inspiring high-performance teams at Aurora Live.

Responsibilities

  • Drive French market sales growth through sales efforts and leadership
  • Open new customers and build strong retention
  • Drive high performance culture by coaching the team
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales managers to exceed targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and customer success teams
  • Report to Sales Director France in Berlin

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales leadership role with 5-10 direct reports
  • Strong network within technology and consultancy companies; background in sponsorship sales is a plus
  • Strong business acumen with strengths in leading sales process and reporting sales performance
  • Excellent business level communication skills in French and fluent in English
  • Experience with consultative, solution-based sales cycles
