About the role

  • Advanced Associate Customer Service role managing inventory control of equipment for disabled candidates at Pearson testing centers. Handling logistics for daily shipments, returns, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Using a fulfillment calendar, daily shipments and returns are processed.
  • Printing and binding, shipping and tracking of paper exams.
  • Triage shared email box and create and track implementation plans for non-standard accommodation requests.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in the office 3 to 5 days a week
  • Requires excellent English writing and speaking skills
  • Ability to write clear and accurate computer-based correspondence to internal and external customers
  • Good working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases and computer applications
  • Requires the ability to multitask, work with interruptions and use critical thinking skills
  • Must be able to show empathy and understanding towards candidates with disabilities
  • Confidentiality is very important
