About the role

  • Manage and schedule appointments, including calendar management for multiple senior technology leaders ensuring efficient scheduling and organization of meetings, forums, and events.
  • Schedule and coordinate all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Handle the processing and management of expense reports with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and departmental events, providing support in logistical arrangements, content gathering, and execution.
  • Assist the executives in establishing priorities, managing time effectively to ensure focus on critical tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by senior management.
  • Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives against corporate goals and milestones.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business strategy development including market analysis, competitive landscape, and internal performance metrics.
  • Help design, refine, and oversee the processes that support the business operations, optimizing for effectiveness and scale.
  • Partner with operational leads to identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between Strategy & Operations and other departments to ensure alignment on objectives and target outcomes.
  • Prepare and present insightful and detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and team meetings.
  • Drive ongoing communications related to strategic initiatives, fostering a collaborative team environment across the company.
  • Manage data collection, analysis, and integrity operations, utilizing data tools to extract insights.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for both tactical and strategic adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) required
  • 2+ years of experience in a strategy or operations role within a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from inception to execution with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex ideas for diverse audiences including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in all outputs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across various organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other analytical software (Tableau, SQL, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of financial modeling techniques and cost/benefit analysis.
