Responsibilities
Research and identify companies and contacts relevant to target audiences
Analyze competitors
Conduct initial phone outreach (cold calling)
Coordinate and support the internal phone acquisition team
Document, evaluate and produce reports on acquisition results
Maintain and update leads and contacts in our CRM system
Contribute to the development of internal sales processes
Support internal organizational tasks, e.g., building and maintaining SharePoint structures
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program relevant to the role (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Psychology, Marketing, Communications)
Interest in sales, customer communication and B2B topics
Structured and meticulous work style
Comfortable initiating telephone contact with new people
Enjoy working in a team and practicing open communication
Willing to learn, independent and responsible
Ideally some prior exposure to CRM systems, Excel or digital tools
Very good command of German, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
Long-term interest in the position and availability for at least 12 hours per week
