About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute system-based workflows, handle market master data registration, and process material orders
  • Manage administrative correspondence and ensure compliance with payment deadlines
  • Prepare invoices and monitor incoming payments
  • Coordinate subcontractors and act as the primary point of contact for our customers
  • Actively resolve issues through to final resolution

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills: work in a highly structured and conscientious manner
  • Reliability: take responsibility and complete tasks independently
  • Strong communication skills: professional and clear in contact with customers and partners (German/English - DE/EN)
  • Attention to detail: no errors in invoices or missed deadlines
  • Industry experience in trades, energy, or project-based businesses is a plus
  • IT affinity: confident use of CRM systems and digital tools for process management
