- Represent Corporate Actions with clients, internal leaders, and external partners; communicate updates, solutions, and risks clearly and credibly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience) required
- 12+ years in corporate actions, event management, and depository processing, with global clearing experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 24 License(s) required (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven track record building and leading cohesive, high-performing teams.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ISCD) preferred.
