- Act as SME for DTCC, Euroclear, and global clearing systems; strengthen relationships with custodians, depositories, and service providers.
- Improve workflows, implement automation, and adopt new technology to reduce manual effort, errors, and risk; drive scalability aligned to organizational goals.
- Establish robust controls, ensure regulatory/industry compliance, monitor market developments, and enforce effective governance.
- Represent Corporate Actions with clients, internal leaders, and external partners; communicate updates, solutions, and risks clearly and credibly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience) required
- 12+ years in corporate actions, event management, and depository processing, with global clearing experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 24 License(s) required (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven track record building and leading cohesive, high-performing teams.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ISCD) preferred.
