About the role

Responsibilities

  • Customer acquisition
  • Expansion and maintenance of customer relationships, particularly with OEMs and system suppliers based in southern Germany
  • Technical leadership of project teams during the product development phase
  • Collection of market information and identification of market trends in product development
  • Translating collected market information into requirements for the company's product development
  • Estimation of market prices for new product groups

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in Key Account Management, ideally in the automotive or supplier sector
  • Willingness to travel — the role is predominantly mobile or performed on-site at the customer's location
  • Negotiation-level German and English language skills
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
