About the role

  • Head of Partnerships & Sales for Vizzia defining and executing partnership strategies. Establish strategic partnerships for scaling within integrators, engineering firms, and public procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define and validate the 12-month partnership strategy with clear, realistic milestones you will own
  • Identify, qualify, and sign the 5 priority strategic partnerships in year 1
  • Build partner onboarding, activation, and tracking processes from scratch
  • Activate local agencies of nationally contracted integrators - create genuine buy-in where deals actually happen, not just at HQ
  • Shift the relationship with engineering firms from transactional (post-deal CCTP) to upstream specification
  • Negotiate commercial terms with integrators - defend Vizzia’s margin by making the value case, not by conceding
  • Make Vizzia truly partnership-friendly: Sales, CS, Ops, Finance, RevOps — map friction, solve it, and do it without a reporting line over someone
  • Build a reliable partner pipeline report that gives leaders full visibility, no surprises

Requirements

  • Experience in an integrator/engineering company/public procurement ecosystem - video surveillance, security, smart cities, access control, connected lighting, or related fields
  • An existing network in this space - relationships you've genuinely built, not just names in a CRM
  • Fluent in public procurement; CCTP, BPU, framework agreements, UGAP/VONUM - you speak the language
  • Builder mindset: you thrive without processes and without a team around you at first - and you still build
  • Commercial backbone: you defend margin, argue value, and don't default to discounting
  • Ability to align people across Sales, Ops, Finance - without a hierarchy to lean on
  • Experience building and managing a team
