About the role

  • Partnerships Manager at Berlin Acoustics supporting retail partners and driving measurable shared success in the office furniture industry. Building sustainable relationships and expanding the network through effective communication and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • You actively support and enable our retail partners to successfully position and sell Berlin Acoustics products, taking full ownership of your partner portfolio.
  • You maintain structured and reliable communication with partners, including regular check-ins, in-person visits, and follow-ups on ongoing offers and projects.
  • You independently identify and develop new sales channels and partnerships, contributing to the continuous expansion of our network.
  • You implement jointly agreed commercial and marketing initiatives, such as product trainings, in-store campaigns, events, and trade fairs.
  • You respond to partner inquiries, operational topics, and challenges quickly, reliably, and solution-oriented, creating real added value for our dealers.
  • You collect relevant market feedback and share it internally to continuously improve products, processes, and communication.
  • You actively pursue sales opportunities within your accounts and work toward individual and team revenue targets.
  • You keep our systems (e.g. CRM) up to date, ensuring transparency and close collaboration with other teams.
  • You build long-term partnerships characterized by ownership, professionalism, and a strong service mindset.

Requirements

  • Experience in Partnership Management, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales, ideally in the office furniture industry or on the manufacturer side
  • A structured and reliable working style with strong communication skills
  • A hands-on mindset and enjoyment in actively executing rather than just planning
  • Solution-oriented thinking and a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Process thinking & continuous improvement: a structured, improvement-driven approach and interest in understanding, developing, and optimizing operational processes together with the Operational Excellence team
  • Confident handling of CRM systems and internal tools
  • Good English skills; native-level or fluent in German.
