About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for revenue growth and expansion in SMB accounts. Collaborating with Customer Success to drive long-term value while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding contracted products
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities
  • Lead sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Partner with Customer Success, CDRs, and Renewals Managers
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management
  • Contribute to key performance indicators such as Expansion ARR

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and commercially driven
  • Experience in consultative sales conversations
  • Ability to develop multi-threaded relationships
  • Strong skills in upsell and cross-sell motions
  • Ability to build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline
  • Proficient in CRM systems
