About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager overseeing VPP marketing strategies and customer engagement. Leading cross-functional collaboration while launching offers and optimizing customer journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Be the marketing lead for Rhythm’s VPP business
  • Own the story, go-to-market, and customer lifecycle for VPP programs
  • Define and test value propositions, launch offers, and improve customer adoption
  • Design and optimize the customer lifecycle from awareness to retention
  • Create landing pages, sales collateral, and other marketing materials
  • Define success metrics and analyze performance with dashboards and A/B tests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in product marketing, growth/lifecycle marketing, or similar roles
  • Strong B2C experience
  • Experience in VPPs, demand response, load flexibility, or connected devices
  • Experience in residential energy or B2B2C energy platforms
  • Proven ability to own the full customer journey and develop go-to-market strategies
  • Strong strategic marketer with analytical and hypothesis-driven mindset
  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills
