About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager responsible for sales growth, partner relationships, and team development at PayJoy. Focus on point-of-sale management and strategic planning in emerging markets.

Responsibilities

  • The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the progressive development of each point of sale to achieve expected productivity, building and nurturing robust relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
  • Analyzes sales reports, in order to develop strategies that meet through a sales team which leads, identifies issues affecting sales performance, and swiftly implements solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor´s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in point-of-sale management, working with mobile, consumer electronics, or financial products and negotiating with retailers & distributors
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid customer facing background, and successfully assess customer needs from the market. Ability to work well individually, within a cross functional team, and to travel.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using GSuite, Zoho (CRM) and Slack experience.
