Responsibilities
Regional responsibility and driving revenue growth in the Munich region
Customer management in a hospital setting: building and maintaining relationships with cardiology, catheterization labs, electrophysiology, vascular surgery, procurement and relevant committees
Product presentations and training
Supporting clinical evaluations and device introductions in accordance with the German Medical Devices Act (MPG) and the Medical Devices Operator Ordinance (MPBetreibV)
Market and competitor monitoring
Transparent management of your sales-funnel KPIs
Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics and suppliers
Requirements
Ideally experience in MedTech sales, preferably cardiovascular/interventional
A strong network within hospitals/procurement is an advantage
Proven success in project and account closing
Confident and professional in hospital environments
Basic understanding of DRG/AOP/hybrid-DRG mechanisms and tendering processes is an advantage
Self-driven, structured and entrepreneurial mindset
Confident in needs analysis, value-based argumentation and negotiation
Proficient in CRM and MS 365
Excellent German language skills
Good English
Driving licence class B
Willingness to travel frequently within the Munich region
