Responsibilities
Lead a team of estimators in performance management, SMART goal creation, and team meetings
Support the team with claim management escalations, performance accountability, and general oversight
Recruits, onboards, and trains new team members
Completes monthly meetings with team members for performance coaching and management
Communicates effectively with direct reports, supervisors, franchisees, insurance carrier partners, and all stakeholders within the organization
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or related field
One plus years of experience with estimation principles, concepts, and experience in the property restoration/insurance industry
3 plus years of experience with personnel management or coaching
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Forms, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Knowledge of estimating platforms; Xactware Products, Symbility, and other estimating software
