  • Director of Marketing Programs leveraging expertise in marketing strategy for franchise locations. Leading marketing initiatives and training to improve new office launches and maximize resources.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and framework to newly launched offices
  • Define and implement local marketing plans
  • Create and manage marketing budget templates
  • Clearly communicate brand standards
  • Design and maintain a marketing KPI dashboard
  • Provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Partner with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and lead in-person training sessions
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing deliverables for new office launches
  • Stay current on marketing and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, operations, or franchise marketing leadership
  • Computer literacy with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Adobe, Zoom, Teams, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and business analysis skills
  • Experience in franchise operations or business support; demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales or development goals
