Responsibilities
Develop and nurture relationships with property managers, HOA, commercial facility teams, and referral partners.
Attend networking events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and local business associations.
Conduct lunch-and-learns and vendor presentations with prospective clients.
Monitor local property trends, weather events, and construction activity to identify new opportunities.
Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling.
Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits.
Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes.
Requirements
3–8 years of experience in B2B relationship-based sales (examples of ideal background: HVAC, Automotive, Glass Repair, Roofing, Plumbing, Construction, Janitorial, Pest Control, Landscaping, Facilities Services, Equipment Suppliers, Logistics Companies)
Strong networking and presentation skills
Self-motivated and proactive; thrives in autonomous, field-based work.
Local familiarity with San Francisco, Peninsula, and surrounding areas
