About the role

  • Develop and nurture relationships with property managers, HOA, commercial facility teams, and referral partners.
  • Attend networking events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and local business associations.
  • Conduct lunch-and-learns and vendor presentations with prospective clients.
  • Monitor local property trends, weather events, and construction activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling.
  • Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits.
  • Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in B2B relationship-based sales (examples of ideal background: HVAC, Automotive, Glass Repair, Roofing, Plumbing, Construction, Janitorial, Pest Control, Landscaping, Facilities Services, Equipment Suppliers, Logistics Companies)
  • Strong networking and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive; thrives in autonomous, field-based work.
  • Local familiarity with San Francisco, Peninsula, and surrounding areas
