About the role

  • Community and Brand Manager enhancing ThriveCart's community engagement and brand presence. Ensuring member satisfaction and clear communication across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • As Community and Brand Manager, you’ll be the guardian and amplifier of the ThriveCart brand
  • Own the day-to-day health, engagement, and communication within our community
  • Ensure ThriveCart looks, sounds, and feels unmistakably ThriveCart everywhere it shows up
  • Provide updates, share timelines and key dates, and ensure members feel heard and supported
  • Serve as the voice of the brand inside the community and across key touchpoints
  • Work closely with marketing, product, support, content, design, and leadership to ensure alignment

Requirements

  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling
  • Strong sense of brand voice, tone, and audience awareness
  • Proven experience maintaining and scaling a brand across multiple channels
  • Experience managing and growing online communities
  • High attention to detail with a strong eye for consistency and quality
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning communication without being prompted
  • Naturally engaged, visible, and responsive
  • Calm, thoughtful, and confident under pressure
  • Confident giving feedback while collaborating respectfully
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial impact
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to meaningfully improve day-to-day productivity, including drafting, research, analysis, and workflow automation
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents to automate repeatable tasks, with the ability to identify where AI can reduce manual effort and implement solutions independently.
