About the role

  • Flemish-speaking professionals in Soft Sales and Customer Service for our Energy department in Bulgaria. Engage clients, provide exceptional service, and facilitate soft sales of energy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Flemish-speaking clients through various communication channels to assess and understand their needs.
  • Provide high-quality customer service while promoting soft sales of energy solutions.
  • Guide customers through processes and deliver accurate information about services offered.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to track service effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to remain informed about industry developments and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Flemish (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong passion for sales and excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly approach.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working as part of a diverse and dynamic team.
  • **An interest in the energy sector would be an advantage.**
  • **Must hold an EU passport.**
