Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and technical issues to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and enhance service quality.
  • Engage in ongoing training sessions to keep up-to-date with products and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic environment.
