Requirements

  • Fluency in Flemish (spoken and written) is essential. Please highlight your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in digital environments, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and customer service platforms is a plus.
  • A passion for technology and digital services.
