  • Customer Support representative assisting Flemish-speaking clients in Bulgaria's telecommunications. Delivering exceptional service while helping customers navigate products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Flemish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about telecommunications products and services, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to keep up with industry trends and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Flemish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support, especially within telecommunications, is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and positive team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and experience a new culture!
