Responsibilities

  • Engage with Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels to assess their needs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while facilitating soft sales of energy solutions.
  • Provide accurate information about services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to support service improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and enhance customer experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential.
  • A strong passion for sales and customer service.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable working within a diverse and dynamic team environment.
