About the role

  • Assistente do Sucesso do Cliente responsible for onboarding and supporting student success. Engaging with students to enhance their educational experience at the company.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome: Lead the onboarding of new students, ensuring they know how to make the most of our platform.
  • Partnership: Act as the student's voice within the company, holding regular meetings to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Prevention: Identify signs of low engagement or dissatisfaction, taking proactive measures to ensure the student completes their studies successfully.
  • Education: Support the creation of educational materials and communications that make the student's experience easier.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor satisfaction metrics and share best practices to raise the quality of our delivery.

Requirements

  • Education Experience: Previous experience with higher education or corporate learning routines.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of academic processes (enrollment, monitoring/follow-up, certificates).
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, exceptional organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
