About the role

  • Head of Marketing Enablement at PAR Technology leading internal training initiatives and customer education. A role merging product knowledge and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead internal team enablement and customer training programs
  • Ensure sales, customer success, and account management teams are equipped to sell technology solutions
  • Partner with Product Marketing to deliver training and resources at scale
  • Own and manage PAR Academy, developing customer training content and measuring effectiveness
  • Establish KPIs for both internal enablement and customer training programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, customer education, or a closely related function
  • Proven track record building and scaling enablement or training programs in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong ability to translate complex product and technical information into clear, compelling training content
  • Experience working closely with Product Marketing to operationalize messaging and competitive content
  • Demonstrated experience managing an LMS or customer academy platform
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
