Responsibilities
Architect and lead the Revenue Engine.
Transition Paradox from a founder-led marketing approach to a brand-led, repeatable, data-driven engine.
Manage a team while identifying growth levers and running experiments.
Determine which segments an offering works for and refine or retire offers based on evidence.
Map and oversee the implementation of new funnels and campaigns.
Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests personally to identify winners.
Explore and scale new acquisition channels focused on profitability and volume.
Design and optimize growth loops across acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments.
Proven track record designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that have produced measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion.
