About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent team in achieving its recruitment objectives for a variety of profiles
  • Manage the entire recruitment process
  • Provide the best candidate experience
  • Briefing with managers
  • Managing the publishing of job ads
  • Screening and selecting CVs
  • First point of contact for candidates
  • Monitoring the recruitment process until the offer stage
  • Optimizing sourcing for the best profiles
  • Communicating with peers in Corporate and Tech teams

Requirements

  • Business school, Bachelor or Master's degree student, specializing in business development or human resources
  • Dynamic and organized, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Proactive, good listener with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good level of English; Spanish or Italian are a + !
