Responsibilities
Support the Talent team in achieving its recruitment objectives for a variety of profiles
Manage the entire recruitment process
Provide the best candidate experience
Briefing with managers
Managing the publishing of job ads
Screening and selecting CVs
First point of contact for candidates
Monitoring the recruitment process until the offer stage
Optimizing sourcing for the best profiles
Communicating with peers in Corporate and Tech teams
Requirements
Business school, Bachelor or Master's degree student, specializing in business development or human resources
Dynamic and organized, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Proactive, good listener with strong interpersonal skills
Good level of English; Spanish or Italian are a + !
