Responsibilities

  • Join our growth journey and own full-cycle hiring across engineering & beyond.
  • Manage the complete recruitment journey across all areas of our business - from mechanical and electrical engineers to project managers, operations, finance, HR, marketing, and leadership positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from proactive sourcing and pipeline building through to offer, onboarding, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
  • Sourcing top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry events, and creative channels to build robust pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Screening candidates through conversations that assess both their capabilities and cultural fit with Ethos.
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and agencies, conducting reference checks, and keeping everyone informed with clear, timely communication.
  • Maintaining our Applicant Tracking System and analysing recruitment data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Crafting compelling job advertisements and outreach messages that make talented people want to work at Ethos.
  • Implementing creative sourcing strategies that reach diverse talent pools and reduce our dependency on recruitment agencies.
  • Representing Ethos at university career fairs, industry networking events, and professional meetups.
  • Managing the offer and onboarding process including paperwork, new starter logistics, equipment setup, and first-day coordination.
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Lead on strategic initiatives including process improvements, employer branding campaigns, and recruitment technology.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in full-cycle in-house recruitment across multiple business functions including technical, operational, and corporate roles
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates across various disciplines and seniority levels
  • Track record managing high-volume recruitment (8+ simultaneous roles) with competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment databases
  • Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills and modern sourcing techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling candidate outreach
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Ability to assess candidates holistically for capability, cultural fit, and potential across diverse roles
  • Sound judgment and quick decision-making abilities while maintaining quality standards
  • Comfortable working minimum 3 days per week in our Dublin office, flexibility required
  • Highly Desirable: Technical or engineering recruitment experience (M&E, construction, data centre, pharmaceutical, technical consultancy) with understanding of technical terminology and engineering qualifications
  • Background in high-growth scaling environments (50-200+ employees)
  • Knowledge of Irish employment law, work permits, and visa processes
  • Experience using recruitment metrics and analytics to drive decisions and demonstrate ROI
