About the role

  • CRM Marketing Manager optimizing B2(B2)C customer journeys and engagement for papernest's digital contract management platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for optimizing customer journeys across our B2(B2)C lifecycle.
  • Improve product adoption, engagement, and retention while ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all our users and partners.
  • Strategic planning to launch and optimize papernest products.
  • Design and optimize multichannel customer journeys across both B2C product lifecycle stages.
  • Define CRM strategies that drive activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Sales & Partnerships to integrate CRM touchpoints into the product experience and new partner launches.
  • Implement CRM strategies through automated and personalized workflows (email, SMS, WhatsApp, …).
  • Build effective targeting and segmentation processes to deliver the right message at the right moment.
  • Manage and improve CRM processes to ensure seamless operational execution at scale.
  • Monitor the performance of lifecycle journeys, partner flows, and CRM campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B tests and identify friction points across B2(B2)C funnels.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction, conversion, and retention.
  • Produce HTML-based communications and multichannel content adapted to each journey and audience.
  • Create engaging communications supporting onboarding, product usage, upsell, and retention.
  • Work closely with Product, Data, Design, Growth, Operations, Sales & Partnerships, and Brand teams.

Requirements

  • A degree from a top business school
  • Strong team spirit to build efficient relationships with key stakeholders within the Product teams
  • A high level of autonomy, fast-learning ability, and enthusiasm for both strategic and operational tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A natural aptitude for analytical thinking
  • Fluency in French and English, proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
