About the role

  • Senior Product Manager responsible for product vision and strategy at PetroApp. Collaborating across teams to deliver solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for assigned product areas
  • Translate company objectives into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Sales
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
  • Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and data analytics, driving optimization initiatives
  • Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
  • Mentor and support junior product team members

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, mobility, SaaS, or digital platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products at scale
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in agile development environments
  • Strong understanding of user experience and customer-centric product development
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
