About the role

  • Assistant Store Manager supporting team and customer experiences at Pandora jewelry store. Responsibilities include team development, sales support, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • You support your Store Manager in leading and developing the team with passion and sensitivity.
  • You help our customers accentuate their beauty and individual style with our jewelry.
  • The pieces play with emotions and inspire delight — you create those special moments with customers in the store.
  • Whether in sales, during consultations, or in behind-the-scenes planning: you ensure our customers feel completely comfortable and want to return.

Requirements

  • Experience in a comparable position
  • Service-oriented mindset and approach
  • Enjoy interacting with people
  • High level of creativity, initiative and commitment
  • Experience in retail
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising is an advantage
  • Experience working with KPIs/metrics is a plus
  • Good command of English
