About the role

  • Branch Manager leading a team of customer and service professionals in Forster, Australia to deliver outstanding service and achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer and service professionals to safely deliver outstanding service to customers
  • Ensure the safety of your team and Coates customers
  • Guide and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Create the best solution / outcome for customers – develop quotes, raise purchase orders, enter hire agreements
  • Oversee Asset Management
  • Manage branch P&L’s and KPI’s around fleet availability, fleet utilisation and customer loyalty

Requirements

  • Sales and operational management experience
  • Previous team leadership experience, developing a ‘One Team’, cohesive mindset
  • A track record of delivering on customer service KPIs
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer literacy, including customer databases and Microsoft Office Suite
